All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders & Payments
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders may be subject to confirmation before processing. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete customer information.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Replacement Policy
Every watch is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it is in proper working condition. We do not offer refunds. Replacement requests are only accepted for watches received with a manufacturing defect or damage. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear video proof of the issue. Requests submitted without sufficient evidence or after the stated period may not be approved.

7. Product Care & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for handling and using products with reasonable care. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, water exposure, impact, negligence, or normal wear and tear will not qualify for replacement.

8. Warranty Disclaimer
Unless specifically stated on a product page, products sold by Dialex Store are provided without any express or implied warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability
Dialex Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the purchased product, where applicable under law.
